Traffic regulations are implemented based on the following standards.

  • If safe passage cannot be ensured in cases other than those listed above, traffic restrictions will be implemented.
  • Traffic restrictions may be implemented for repairs or maintenance work on the main road and along the route.
  • Traffic restrictions may be implemented for handling accidents or disabled vehicles within the main road.
